ARTICLE 3. GOLF COURSE REGULATIONS.

12-301 Crooked Creek Community Course Association; powers.

The Crooked Creek Community Course Association is authorized and empowered to establish hours and regulations for the use of the city golf course.

12-302. Hours and fees.

Persons may use the facilities of the city golf course during its regular hours of operation and in accordance with the rules and regulations thereof upon payment of a daily fee or seasonal fee to be set each year by the Crooked Creek Community Course Association.

12-303. Council authority.

Before the Crooked Creek Community Course Association can change the hours of operation or set the fees for use of the golf course, the proposed changes must be placed before the city council at a regularly scheduled meeting, as the city council retains the final authority to establish rules, regulations and fees.
