CHAPTER XI. PUBLIC OFFENSESCHAPTER XI. PUBLIC OFFENSES\ARTICLE 2. LOCAL PROVISIONS

(a)   Any person who shall enter upon private property without the express permission of the owner or lessee thereof and, while thereon, shall look or peep into any window, door, skylight or other opening in a dwelling, apartment or rooming house, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor to be known as “window peeping.”

(b)   Upon first conviction of the above-defined misdemeanor, the violator shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days. For a second or subsequent conviction, the violator shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than 30 days or more than three months.
